I am so excited to share this episode with you and the wisdom of Jon McGraw from Vision Pursue. He's a former NFL player turned Performance Mindset Trainer and keynote speaker. 

This topic of emotional awareness and mindfulness is dear to my heart as it has truly been life changing for me to embrace. No matter your experience with mindfulness or meditation, we can all dramatically improve our Life Experience by re-training our brains in relation to the way we engage with -  and respond to - our emotions.

It may not seem like it but all emotions are good. Emotions are telling us something needs our attention! This is most definitely not always comfortable, but it is a skill we can practice and train our brains to respond in healthy ways.
