Give Your Financial Practice a Boost

The resource you’re sorely missing.

Are the above professionals familiar to you? I imagine all but one are! For more than three years I've been inquiring with Financial Professionals about their resource teams and that yellow resource is a glaring gap for many.

Here are 4  important reasons a Coach in your circle will positively impact your financial practice.

1) Your energy gets a boost knowing that your client's emotional needs are well supported.

We know our capacity and ability to stretch in all direction is limited. Take this burden off your shoulders that's beyond your training and offload the discernment, worry, and complexity your clients are experiencing with a trained and certified Coach.

2) Builds trust since the service isn't directly money related.

It's easy for a client to see why you would refer them to an accountant or estate planner. Referring (or sponsoring) a partnership with a Coach deepens layers of trust that you're looking out for all of their wellness (your care goes beyond your interest of growing their assets).

3) The unexpected aspect naturally lends itself to be talked about in client circles.

In the book: "Contagious: Why Things Catch On" Jonah Berger outlines the science influencing how and why people share products and information with each other. A Financial Advisor expected to stay in the lane of money-related services shakes up the usual protocol with a dynamic and meaningful coaching resource. Clients are very likely to tell their friends as it hits on three of six tips he outlines.

  • We share things that make us look good - Social Currency. "My financial advisor sponsored Coaching sessions that really helped me figure out my next steps, did yours?"

  • News you can use - Practical Value. "Oh, you're worried about being bored in your upcoming Retirement? Our Financial Advisor connected us with a great Coach when we were deciding Retirement details, I bet she can help you, too."

  • Information travels via stories and under the guise of idle chatter - Stories. "I had no idea what I was going to do with my time when I retired. Thankfully, our Advisor connected us with a Coach who helped me sort out my next steps. I didn't even know Coaching for retirement was an option!"

4) Be ahead of your competitors with a go-to Coach identified.

The Financial field is moving more holistically and Coaching is continuing to be a growing trend. You could either be scrambling down the line to add in this much-needed support, or, have peace of mind that you've already created a solid foundation with a certified Coach you trust.
